Training Optimization Cycle

Optimo Sport is a software application that allows you to advance your Sport Science with both physiological and psychological measurements. Optimo Sport provides you with gold-standard scientific tools to accomplish these measurements through our Training Optimization Cycle Report.

There are four phases in the Training Optimization Cycle, each with its own factors. Simply put; VOLUME X INTENSITY of the training workout produces a RESPONSE that is quantified and ANALYZED leading to CONFIRMATION or ADJUSTMENTS of the next session's VOLUME & INTENSITY of the workout, and the cycle repeats itself to improve your conditioning and performance.

Optimo Sport has computerized the above calculations into a visual daily view point that allows you to measure all the above factors in your athletes' training sessions. Including:

Volume X Intensity
Time - Optimo allows you to track the amount of time you spend in every physical exercise you do.
   
Training Intensity Scale - An adaptation of the Borg Scale called the Training Intensity Scale that allows you to prescribe the training intensity and obtain ratings of the Perceived Exertion.
   
Heart-Rate, Power, Speed, Lactate - Optimo allows you to customize your training zones based on these validated measurements. You can read heart-rate and power files from training devices and add speed and lactate measurements if you require.

 

Responses


Waking Heart-Rate - We provide you with a quick overview of your past 14-day average waking heart-rate against your daily entry to allow you to monitor its' stability against the previous day's training sessions.

   
DALDA Stress Response Test - Daily Analysis of Life's Demands for Athletes is a peer-reviewed psychological stress response test that quickly measures 9 sources and 25 symptoms of stress in the athlete's life. This is measured against a Training Response Window to determine the effectiveness of the planned workout.

 

Analyze


Training Responses Report Card - Optimo Sport allows you to visually see the psychological stress responses from the previous day's workout against your DALDA's Training Response Window.

 

Confirm/Adjust


Training Optimization Cycle Report- Through our daily view, you can see yesterday's planned versus actual training results with the training responses from the previous day's workout. Update your Training Plan and see all the training information on one screen. You have the ability to confirm today's workout or make any necessary adjustments that you may require.
